Researchers at Washington State University are hard at work studying organic food and growing methods to try to determine the exact health benefits of organic food. Preliminary research is pointing toward more antioxidants in organic food and, in fact, organic strawberries that taste better than conventionally grown ones. More research is needed, the university says.
